ATITool is an overclocking and diagnostic utility for some ATI and NVIDIA video cards. Not guaranteed to work with your card or OS.

Simple yet powerful toolset for finding your GPU's optimal overclocking settings. Also had artifact diagnostic tool.

0.26 is for cards released prior to 2007 (2000/XP)
0.27 is for cards released prior to 2009. (XP/Vista 32+64bit)

Unfortunately development only released these 2 versions to the public. If it works it works, if not please don't complain.

It's possible the Vista version might work on Windows 7 but not likely.
