Ok guys I'm building a new machine from scratch. (Finally!) I'm getting my tax return money back this week and I'm gonna spend roughly $2200 on the tower. Here's a list of the parts. Well hello there, very sweet!

Does this new system mean that you will come play some Quake Live with me?

Probably not dustin lol. I'm still playing defrag now and then though. But mostly dedicated full time to SC2 now. I've updated a few of the components in the system. I'll give full video and pictures during the build.

Damn you! Tehe, I kick them booties now! :D After so much Quake Live, I seem to have no urge for defrag what so ever. I have been getting into Battlefield Bad Company 2 though also.


Knowing your storage, I would recommend x8... or better yet, turn your old PC into home NAS server xD

I'll be buying 4. I've already approved the price in my budget. So I'll have 8TB's in this machine and 2TB in the server. That doesn't include the 2 adata drives I'll be running in raid 0 for the OS which has a theoretical throughput of 1TB per/sec
